Downs Farm Preserve is a 51-acre wooded
parcel that is the site of Ft. Corchaug, a Native American fort,
which is listed on the National Park Register of Historic Places.
Downs Farm Preserve has a miles of passive recreation trails and
adjoins productive farmlands and the tidal wetland of Downs Creek.
